CALL FOR PROPOSALS

The call for proposals is already closed. We reviewed all the proposals, and the selected ones were included in the academic program. Thanks to all submitters for the interest in the event.

 

This is your chance to present, collaborate and to network at ISPRM 2023, the 17th ISPRM World Congress, 31 National Congress of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and the 3rd Ibero-American meeting of PMR. From June 4 to 8  Cartagena, Colombia will be ready for you.

Deadlines

  • All submissions must be received via online submission using our website before 23:59 Colombia Time (COT, UTC -5) on October 31, 2022 (new deadline)

  • All submitters will receive electronic notification indicating acceptance or rejection of the submitted abstract on December 22, 2022.

The following types of presentation will be considered:

Long Workshop

  • Long Workshops Pre- congress are 4 hours in length and will be held on Sunday, June 4th, 2023 or intra congress are 2.5 or 3 hours in length and will be between Monday, June 5th and Thursday, June 8th, 2023, they must have:

  • 1 Chair and 1-5 speakers per workshop.

  • A brief description of the workshop (max 250 words) is required for evaluation purposes only.

  • The proposal submitter should receive the permission of every speaker in their session

prior to submission.

Short Workshop

  • Short Workshops are 90 minutes  in length and will be held on Sunday, June 4th, 2023  or intra congress in length and will be between Monday, June 5th and Thursday, June 8th, 2023.

  • 1 chair and 1-4 speakers per workshop.

  • A brief description of the workshop (max 250 words) is required for evaluation purposes only.

  • The proposal submitter should receive the permission of every speaker in their session prior to submission.

Scientific Session

  • Actual Themes in PMR that includes lectures and research papers

  • Scientific sessions are 90 minutes in length. However, 30 minutes of this session must be kept free for the allocation of oral abstract presentations. 

  • Scientific Sessions will be held between Monday, June 5th and  Thursday, June 8th, 2023.

  • 1 chair and 2-3 speakers per session. 

  • A brief description of the session (max 250 words) is required for evaluation purposes only.

  • Please include the suggested presentation title for each suggested speaker.

  • The proposal submitter should receive the permission of every speaker in their session prior to submission.
