Opening Ceremony & President’s Welcome Reception
- Cultural exhibition of the “Carnival of Barranquilla” declared Masterpiece of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity granted by Unesco. A festival in which all the cultural varieties and folklore of the Colombian Caribbean Coast are expressed, as well as the most varied local manifestations, such as popular music and dance
- Puerto Candelaria, winner of the 2019 Latin Grammy for Best Cumbia Album, is an innovative and explosive group from Colombia, that for 2 decades has been a fundamental piece in the movement that redefined the music industry of recent times in Latin America and is one of the leading international representatives of new Colombian music, with hundreds of concerts at festivals, cultural markets and major art shows in Europe, Asia, North and South America.

Every year, the ISPRM World Congress presents a phenomenal night, this time we will enjoy a historic space in the heart of Cartagena de Indias. Serrezuela Square icon and historical landmark of the city in the twentieth century. In 1935 it was adapted to perform theatre and cinematography functions, hence the name “Circus Theatre”. On February 5, 1973, the last race took place in Serrezuela.
