Registration fees

VAT of 19% is already included in the price.

Registration fee includes:

  • Attendance at all sessions, including the opening and closing sessions.
  • Access to the exhibition area
  • Welcome cocktail
  • Business lunches and coffee-breaks if they are scheduled during the event and that do not require a private invitation.
  • Information pack for delegates (badge, bag, congress documentation)
  • Program/book of abstracts
  • Access to online recordings of invited lectures and plenary sessions (available for a period of 3 months after the congress)
  • Use of transport circuits at the schedules established by the organization.

* Guest registration does not include congress meals.
* Guest equals an accompanying person: a spouse, friend or adult child (18 years old and older) who is not working in a PRM related occupation or field.
* Accompanying persons can attend the Opening Ceremony.
* Accompanying persons do not follow the technical program of the congress, and have no access to the exhibition hall.

CREDITS AND ACCREDITATION

100 RECEFYR points will be granted to all participants that attend at least to 75% of the activities. 40 RECEFYR additional points will be granted to the precongress assistant.

Recomendations

Please check your rate or registration category before starting the process and in case any of these categories apply to you, take into account the following points:

  • Full Participant (member) ISPRM
  • Full Participant Regional Society (Latin American countries) and Low and Low Middle Income Countries – Check HERE the Low and Low Middle Income Countries
  • Allied Health Care Professional: To validate your status in this category, you must attach a copy of the professional card that accredits you
  • Trainee (Students/Fellows/Residents): To validate your status in this category, you must attach a certification from the University or Institution indicating that you are currently studying said program and the level at which you are.
  • Undergraduate Students: To validate your status in this category, you must attach a copy of your current student card.
  • Special Guests Code: In case that you belong to the group of speakers or special guests of the event by the Organizing Committee of ISPRM 2023, we will previously send you a unique special code so that you can register it in the registration form in the field called PAYMENT METHOD and thus be able to finish your enrollment process
  • Sponsors’ Guests Code: To obtain the registration code offered by a sponsor, request it from the representative of the laboratory or commercial house that invited you and fill it out on the congress registration form to validate your registration.

Workshops and Courses

  • Several Workshops and Courses will be available before and during the Congress at no additional cost. They will be announced afterwards and will have the option to be added by editing this registration form.
  • Workshops and courses with a cost will be announced afterwards and will have the option to be added by editing this registration form.

Visa and invitation letter

Citizens from 84 countries doesn’t need a visa to visit Colombia. Check HERE if you need it or not

International participants may need an official letter of invitation from the ISPRM 2023 Secretariat.

If you require an official invitation letter, please make sure to register for the Congress as early as possible, and then contact the ISPRM2023 Secretariat providing your passport number, date of birth, date of passport issue and expiry date (info@contacticacomunicaciones.com). The invitation letters will only be sent by email.

The ISPRM 2023 Secretariat is not responsible to contact or intervene on your behalf regarding visas and can only apply a fair refund policy for those unable to leave their country due to restrictions mandated by governments and that present documents proving this situation.

Payment Methods:

– PayU: You can pay using national and international credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Codensa y Diners Club. If you are in Colombia you can pay using your saving or checking account of the following banks Davivienda, Bancolombia, Banco de Bogotá y Grupo Aval. You can also pay using PSE. This is the only payment method approve by the Congress organization. We wont recibe payments via email. (PLEASE USE THE ONLINE PAYMENT PLATFORM).

– Sponsor codes: If you don’t have the code, please contact the lab or entity that sponsored you. This code is exclusive and can only be use once.* 

-Special guest code: If you are a speaker or a special guest at the Congress, the organization will send you your code vie email. This code is exclusive and can only be use once.*

Refund Policies

Registration cancellations should be notified to Contáctica Comunicaciones (info@contacticacomunicaciones.com) in writing.

As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without penalty, you must inform of any modification or transfer in writing to Contáctica Comunicaciones (info@contacticacomunicaciones.com) before March 4, 2023.

In case of cancellation without transfer to another person, you must be notified before March 4, 2023, to Contáctica Comunicaciones (info@contcaticacomunicaciones.com) the registration fee minus 15% for handling charges will be refunded within three months from the notification.

For cancellations due to last minute critical problems like fly restrictions, health issues and countries that do not allow their nationals to fly, the cancellation request should be received no later than May 30, 2023 and must be accompanied by an official document stating this particular reason, we will consider cancellation requests on an individual basis and apply a fair refund policy.
